Halff Strengthens Southern U.S. Footprint with Opening of Georgia Office
ATLANTA — Halff, an award-winning, employee-owned, full-service infrastructure consulting firm, has expanded its footprint to Georgia with the opening of a new office in Duluth. Located at 2180 Satellite Boulevard, Suite 400, the new location will serve the greater Atlanta metropolitan region and deepen Halff’s presence across the Southeastern United States.
With Atlanta ranking among the fastest-growing metro areas in the U.S., Halff’s first office in Georgia comes at a time when resilient infrastructure is increasingly critical. The firm’s multidisciplinary capabilities are well aligned to meet the area’s evolving needs. The Atlanta office will offer a broad range of services, including land development, planning and landscape architecture, transportation, water/wastewater and water resources.
Randy Strunk, PE, CFM, will serve as vice president and operations manager. A professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the Atlanta region, Strunk is recognized by clients as an innovative leader and skilled communicator. He brings exceptional technical expertise in design and construction management, with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions. Known for his responsiveness and client-first mindset, Strunk also excels in public engagement when navigating projects that impact local neighborhoods and communities.
Joining him is Jessica Schladt, PE, a senior project manager specializing in water resources engineering. Schladt brings extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, floodplain and stormwater management, stream and lake restoration, and site development. Her portfolio includes the development of stormwater pollution prevention plans, watershed management strategies, drainage studies and construction documentation such as final engineering plans, specifications and cost estimates. Her technical depth and project leadership will enhance Halff’s water-focused services in the Atlanta market.
“For 75 years, Halff has partnered with communities to deliver infrastructure that strengthens quality of life,” said Halff President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily. “As the Atlanta region continues to grow, so does the need for infrastructure. Establishing a Georgia office is a natural step in our journey.”
Earlier this month, Halff announced the acquisition of C&D Utility Consulting, LLC, a San Antonio-based firm specializing in electric utility infrastructure. Just last week, the firm announced the opening of its first Arizona office in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Halff now operates more than 30 offices across seven states in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas, and employs a team of 1,500 professionals committed to improving lives and communities through innovative engineering and planning solutions.
